How do I return items in multiple parcels?

If you need to return your items in more than one parcel, you will need to register a separate return for each parcel and generate a return label for each one.

To create multiple return labels:

Start your return and select only the items you will place in your first parcel.
 

1. Complete the return registration to generate your return label.
2. Start another return and select only the items you will place in your second parcel.
3. Complete the return registration again to generate another return label.
4. Repeat these steps if you need to use additional parcels.

We recommend placing the items registered for each return in the corresponding parcel.

A €2.95 return fee applies to each return label generated.
 

• Do I need another return label if everything fits into one parcel?

  No. If all of your return items fit into a single parcel, you do not need to use the original UNIQLO packaging. You can use any suitable mailing bag or box and securely attach your return label to the outside.

• I accidentally put an item in the wrong return parcel. What should I do?

  Don't worry. If all the items you are returning have been correctly registered, they can still be processed and refunded once they reach our warehouse, even if an item has been placed in a different return parcel.

  Remember: If you are using multiple parcels, please register all the items you are returning and use a separate return label for each parcel.
