Q. How do I return my order?
Customers from Austria should note that German return instructions and return policies do not apply for returning their orders. To manage your Austrian order, please use our dedicated EU FAQ website.

1 Log into your UNIQLO account or guest account.

Please visit your ‘Order History’ in your UNIQLO account. Select the order you wish to return and click on ‘Return’.

If you have placed your order as a guest, you can log in to your guest account with your guest ID here:

Q. I have deleted the emails with my Guest ID, what can I do?
A. If you have deleted your emails, please contact us via chat support.
Please note, your return is subject to a 2.95 € returns shipping fee. UNIQLO will only accept returns which are made within the 30 day returns period.
All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels. Please review the UNIQLO.com Returns Policy
2 Register the items you wish to return and select your return method.
Please select your order for a return by clicking on ‘Return’ and select the reason for your return.
Print out the label for the return:
Print your return label at home and stick it on your return parcel. No other paper forms or delivery notes are required. To avoid delays, please remove or cross out your original delivery address.
QR code/barcode:
A QR code will be generated, which you must present at a DHL parcel shop so that a returns label can be printed out there. No further paper forms or delivery notes are required.
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your return shipping label or QR code in your email inbox. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders.
You will be able to create multiple return delivery labels or QR codes per order. Each return label used is subject to a €2.95 returns shipping fee.
Please note, to generate an additional return label you will need to wait until your first return is processed by our warehouse team.
3 Package the return item(s)
Please ensure the item(s) are in a resalable condition and the returned parcel does not contain any items that are not eligible to be returned. You can use any packaging you like, providing that the package is secure. Click here to review the full returns policy.
If you want to add another item to your return after you have already created the returns label, you can add the item to the list manually. If you want to keep something, you can remove the item from the list. Only what is in the parcel will be refunded.
4 Drop off the parcel at an DHL-Paketshop
Click here to find your nearest DHL-Paketshop. Make sure that your parcel is scanned by the parcel shop and that you receive a notification card or proof of your return.
5 Your return parcel is on it's way back to us!
Click here to track your return with DHL. You will need to enter the tracking number you received on your DHL dispatch confirmation.
6 Your refund will be processed
Once your return has been processed, a refund will be made to your original payment method. If you paid by credit/debit card, this will take 3-5 working days from receipt of the confirmation email. If you paid with PayPal, it can take up to 24 hours for the amount to appear in your account. The refund by Klarna can take 5-7 working days.
Please note that the return costs of EUR 2.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you used a coupon, the value of your coupon is distributed proportionately across all items in your order. When returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted accordingly. Please be aware that the coupon cannot be re-issued.
