Expected delivery timeframes may vary due to the stock status of individual products within an order. Please be aware that your expected delivery date is specified at checkout, in order history, and order confirmation emails.

PICK UP IN UNIQLO STORE	1 - 2 Working days	FREE
PICK UP IN DHL PAKETSHOP	2 - 3 Working days	3.95 €

Please note, the delivery time is subject to the cut-off time of 10:30am, Mon-Thurs (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 10:30am Friday-Sunday will be shipped the next working day.

A valid German mobile number must be provided when placing your order. In order to collect your parcel, you must bring proof of identity with you. Any of the below form of identification will be accepted:

- ID
- Passport
- Driving License
Any other identity document with a photograph and the full name and address of the person concerned.
