Q. What happens if I am out when you try to deliver?




If you are not available to accept delivery, our carrier will leave a notification card (where possible) informing you of the failed delivery and the next steps. If they have been unable to deliver, a second attempt will be made the following working day. As stated in our terms and conditions page a signature is not required for delivery and our carrier has the right to deliver your parcel in a location considered safe or leave it with a neighbour.

Alternatively, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest DHL parcel shop or Packstation where it will be held for you for 7 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded the invoice amount.
