Q. Can you repair my UNIQLO product?

We offer an in-store Repair Service in our Flagshipstore at Tauentzienstraße.

We are providing the following repairs to your UNIQLO products and will continue to expand this list based on your needs:

Down jackets
Glue hole 5 €
Mend hole 8 €

Trousers
mend hole 5 €

Knitwear
Invisible repair 5 €
Plug hole or tear 8 €

Shirts
Replacement buttons (2 buttons) 5 €

Please note that all garments must be in a clean condition in order to carry out a repair. The Repair Service is dependent on staff availability.

In addition, you can have your UNIQLO clothes repaired and finished in our RE.UNIQLO Studio using the traditional Japanese sewing technique SASHIKO.

The following three options are available:

Sashiko embroidery from 20 €*
Sashiko seam & patch from 20 €*
Sashiko Seam & Boro Patch from 20 €*

*The price depends on the size of the design
