Your order may be returned to us if the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel for various reasons, e.g. if the address is incorrect and/or incomplete, if the recipient's name is not on the doorbell label, if the name is unclear or indistinct, if the parcel has not been collected from the parcel shop or if you refuse to accept it.
