Q. Why is my order being returned to UNIQLO? 




Your order will be returned to us if our carrier - DHL (Standard) / UPS (Express) - is unable to deliver your parcel. This can be for various reasons, such as an incorrect and/or incomplete address, the recipient's name is not labelled on the doorbell, a parcel has not been collected from the parcel shop, or a refusal to accept delivery. To solve the problem, please contact our customer service team. 

 

Here are some possible reasons: 

  

  • Incorrect or incomplete address 

Please always check the delivery address you entered when ordering for errors or missing information such as house number, flat number... 

 

  • The recipient's name is not on the doorbell panel.  

The letterbox and doorbell label must always be labelled with the recipient's name, otherwise the courier may not be able to deliver the parcel. The spelling of the name on the doorbell label, mailbox, and parcel sticker must match the spelling of the name. 

 

  • The postal number has not yet been activated, was missing from the parcel, or was incorrect. *DHL Packstation deliveries 

 

If the parcel could not be placed in the Packstation. This may be due to the following reasons: 

 

  1. 1. The postal number was missing when addressing the Packstation. Please make sure you have the correct Packstation address and postcode. 

 

  1. 2. The postal number was not yet activated for the Packstation service. Please activate the Packstation service

 

  1. 3. The recipient's name and the postal number on the parcel did not match. Please only use the name that is stored in your DHL customer account when addressing the Packstation. 

 

  • Uncollected parcel from the parcel station / parcel shop.  

If the parcel was delivered to a pick-up point or parcel station, it may not have been collected within the storage period. A parcel is stored for 7 working days in a branch and 7 calendar days in a parcel station for directly addressed parcels. 

 

  • Denial of receipt 

 Acceptance of the shipment was refused either in person or via a digital refusal of acceptance. 

 

 

What happens when my parcel is returned to UNIQLO? 

  

To resolve the problem, you should do the following: 

  

Please contact our customer service team here. 

  

Please check the delivery address. Make sure that the delivery address is correct and complete and that your name is on the doorbell label. 

 

  • Place a new order: 

Unfortunately, a return to our warehouse is unavoidable. This means that the return of your shipment cannot be stopped. You can place a new order and check the delivery address again. 

 

  • Return shipping costs: 

In the event of a return to the sender, there are no return costs. New shipping costs may be payable for the new delivery.
