Returns & Exchanges

The UNIQLO Hohe Straße Store extends the exchange & return of products purchased in this store from 04 July 2025. You can return your purchased UNIQLO items until 18 October 2025 in the new store, Schildergasse 224-30, 50667 Cologne, from autumn.

*Please note that the following items are excluded from exchange & return: Innerwear/underwear/swimwear/masks for hygienic reasons, personalised items (e.g. altered, embroidered) and gift vouchers.

Trouser Alterations

This service will end on the 1st August. Any trousers not collected by 2nd August will be kept and will be available for collection once the store reopens in September.
