Our UNIQLO Hohe Str store will temporarily close on 2nd August 2025. A new and improved store will be opening in Schildergasse in September 2025!

Click & Collect

From 14th July the UNIQLO Hohe Str shop will no longer be available on our website as a Click & Collect option.

Customers will have until the 30th July to collect their parcels. If you do not collect your parcel by this date, your order will be sent back to our warehouse and you will receive a refund within 3 to 5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Your store purchase can be returned or exchanged at any UNIQLO Germany store. Please use our store locator to find your nearest alternative store: Store Locator

Trouser Alterations

This service will end on the 1st August. Any trousers not collected by 2nd August will be kept and will be available for collection once the store reopens in September.
