How do I cancel my contract?

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within fourteen calendar days from the delivery date. Please click here to contact us regarding the right to withdrawal from your contract. 
 
To return your order, please proceed as you would for a return. To do this, we would ask you to log in to your Customer or Guest account and follow the instructions.  
 
Here you can select the products you want to return and create a corresponding return label. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. The return slip will then be automatically sent to you by email.   
 
Please note that the delivery fee of €3.95, if paid, will only be refunded if all items are returned. A return fee of €2.95 will always be charged.  
 
Please ONLY register your contract cancellation here if you have paid shipping costs (standard shipping only) and are returning all items.
