Cancelling your UNIQLO Account

This guide explains how to cancel your UNIQLO account, including your online store account and UNIQLO app account.

Before proceeding, please ensure you have read and agreed to the Notes, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy on the cancellation page.

  Cancelling Your Online Store Account

If you cancel your online store account:

  • Your account information will be permanently deleted
  • You will no longer be able to use related services
  • Your information cannot be restored after cancellation

This includes:

  • Order history
  • Saved favourites
  • Exchanges and returns
  • Refund requests
  • Purchase details and receipts
  • Coupons and promotions

How to cancel via smartphone or PC

  • Log in to the UNIQLO website using your registered email address and password
  • Tap the person icon at the top of the screen
  • Select Confirm / Change Customer Information
  • Tap If you wish to cancel your membership
  • Read the notes and agree to the Membership Cancellation Terms and Conditions
  • Tap Cancel Membership, then confirm again on the next screen

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once the cancellation is complete.

How to cancel via the UNIQLO app

  • Open the UNIQLO app
  • Tap the membership card icon at the bottom right of the home screen
  • Select Confirm / Change Customer Information
  • Tap Cancel UNIQLO App Membership at the bottom of the screen
  • Tap OK on the pop-up message

You will be redirected to the online store account cancellation screen.

  • Read the notes and agree to the Membership Cancellation Terms and Conditions
  • Tap Cancel Membership, then confirm again on the next screen

After cancelling your online store membership, you will be guided through the app membership cancellation process.  If you wish to cancel both, please follow the on-screen instructions.

  Unsubscribing from the UNIQLO App (Uninstalling)

If you cancel your UNIQLO app account:

  • You will no longer be able to access favourites or purchase history saved in the app
  • Your app data will be permanently deleted
  • Your information cannot be restored

If you also wish to delete your online store membership, please make sure you cancel that separately.

How to unsubscribe from the app

  • Open the UNIQLO app
  • Tap the membership card icon at the bottom right of the home screen
  • Select Confirm / Change Customer Information
  • Tap Log out and review the notes
  • Log out of the app
  • Tap Cancel UNIQLO App Membership
  • Review the app’s Terms of Use
  • Tick I agree to cancel my UNIQLO app membership
  • Tap Cancel Membership to complete the process
