- Delivery cut-off time is 10:30am, Monday to Thursday (except public holidays).
- Orders placed after 10:30am from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

Pick-up in UNIQLO Store (Click & Collect)
- Store will hold your order for 14 calendar days before returning it to warehouse.
- Bring delivery confirmation email or the SMS notification to collect your parcel.
Pick-up from DHL Paketshop
- Paketshops will hold your order for 7 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
- A valid Germany mobile number is required for DHL Paketshop orders. You’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
- Bring proof of identity to collect your parcel. Accepted forms include: Passport, Germany Driving Licence, Utility Bill, etc.
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present ID with the same surname or proof of your identity.

Q. Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver to all addresses in Germany (except Helgoland, Büsingen am Hochrhein). We reserve the right not to deliver if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a community postal address or PO Box. UNIQLO Germany does not ship internationally. If you wish to have your order delivered to Austria, for example, you have to order through the respective website. The country can be changed at the very bottom of our website.

Q. Can I send one order to multiple addresses?
No, each order can only be delivered to one address. To send items to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Q. Is my package insured? Do I need to sign for it?
Yes, all orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once delivered and signed for (or placed in a safe location), the insurance no longer applies.
