Q. What is your store returns policy?




Dear Customers,

The UNIQLO Hohe Straße Store extends the exchange & return of products purchased in this store from 04 July 2025. You can return your purchased UNIQLO items until 18 October 2025 in the new store, Schildergasse 224-30, 50667 Cologne, from autumn.

*Please note that the following items are excluded from exchange & return: Innerwear/underwear/swimwear/masks for hygienic reasons, personalised items (e.g. altered, embroidered) and gift vouchers.



UNIQLO is always happy to exchange or refund all item(s) by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as it will be necessary in order to process any exchange or refund. Store purchases can be returned and exchanged at any UNIQLO Germany store.

Please be advised, however, that the following item(s) cannot be returned:

1. Innerwear/underwear/swimwear/masks due to hygiene reasons
2. Personalised item(s) (e.g. altered)

An exception can be made for items deemed faulty and which cannot be fixed or replaced by the store.
