Q. Can I make an exchange?




Exchanging items purchased online - To see our returns policy, please click here.
 
We do not offer online exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Alternatively, you can exchange your order at a UNIQLO store near you. You can only exchange for the same value or more as we cannot offer partial refunds. After the exchange you can no longer receive a refund. 

Please print or download your invoice (included with your dispatch confirmation email) as it will be needed to process an exchange.

You can exchange your store-bought items within 30 days at any UNIQLO Germany store. For a return or exchange in the store, you must present a valid receipt.
