How can we help?

If you want to return two parcels from the same order at the same time, we ask you to tape both parcels together or place them in a single larger bag or box and use the initial return label or QR code. Please remove or cover your original delivery address.


You can also return your order without the original packaging (UNIQLO shipping bag). Just make sure that the items are securely sealed to avoid loss or damage.
 

Please do not put items from different orders in the same parcel. You must pack these items separately and create a separate return for each order.


You cannot create a second return label or QR code for the return of your order at the same time. This is only possible once your first return has been processed and refunded.
