The stock status will be displayed before you add the item to your basket.

Stock Status Guide

For select out‑of‑stock items, you can sign up to receive a notification if the item becomes available again.

Please note:

• Signing up for a restock notification does not reserve or secure stock
• Even if you register, an item may be sold out again shortly after restocking
• Some items may be discontinued without being restocked

If the product is eligible, a “Notify Me” button will appear on the product page.

You cannot request a restock notification if:

• The restock notification button is not displayed
• The product still has available stock
• The product page is not displayed because all colours and sizes are sold out

※ If the restock notification button is not available, the product is not scheduled for restock.

When the requested product is back in stock:

• A notification will be sent to the email address registered with your online store account
• An app push notification may also be sent if notifications are enabled

Restock notifications may be sent when:

• New stock is produced and added
• Limited quantities become available due to cancellations or returns

※ Restocking cannot be guaranteed for all products.

• I signed up for a restock notification. When will the item be restocked?

  Restock dates are not confirmed in advance. Notifications are only sent if the item is restocked. If an item is discontinued, a notification will not be sent.

• I received a restock notification, but the item is already out of stock.

  Popular items may sell out quickly once they are restocked. We recommend checking availability as soon as you receive the notification.

• Does signing up for a restock notification guarantee availability?

  No. The restock notification service does not secure stock. Notifications are sent for information purposes only.

• Can I change or cancel my restock notification?

  Once registered, restock notifications cannot be changed or cancelled. If needed, you may register again if the option is available.
