At checkout, select Pick-up from DHL Paketshop as your delivery option. You will then be able to choose your preferred DHL Paketshop location from the list of available options.

How do I use a DHL Packstation for delivery?
 

• To use the DHL Packstation service, you need a DHL customer account and the Post & DHL App.
• Enter your DHL Postnummer in the designated field during the UNIQLO checkout. The Postnummer is your personal DHL customer number, which is issued after you register for a DHL customer account.

• Please note that standard delivery cannot be used for deliveries to a DHL Packstation.

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

• Order confirmation email – includes your order number
• Shipment confirmation email – sent once your package is dispatched

The expected delivery lead time for Pick-up from DHL Paketshop orders is 2–3 working days. Most DHL Paketshop orders arrive within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.

Delivery may take slightly longer due to:

• Busy seasonal periods
• Carrier delays
• Stock-related availability issues

Your expected delivery date also appears in your order confirmation email and in your UNIQLO account.

Our courier partner for Pick-up from DHL Paketshop is DHL.

You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order arrives at your chosen DHL Paketshop.

Your notification will include:
 

• Pick-up location address
• Opening hours
• Your collection code

• Parcel shop storage timeframe: usually up to 7 days.
• Uncollected parcels are automatically returned to UNIQLO; refunds are issued once they have arrived at our warehouse.

For DHL Paketshop:

1. Present your collection code.
2. Follow the instructions provided at the DHL Paketshop.
3. Your parcel will be released once verification is complete.

For DHL Paketshop:

• Present your collection code.
• Valid photo ID may be required depending on the DHL Paketshop policy.
