Return and Exchange Deadline
Store Purchases
Within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Online Orders
Within 30 days of receiving the product. The return due date will be displayed in your Purchase History.
Items required for Returns and Exchanges
Items must be in original condition unused, unwashed, and complete with all original packaging such as product tags, labels, and accessories (e.g., inner layers, spare buttons) intact and undamaged. Additionally, they must not fall under the category of “Products That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned” listed below.
For purchases completed at a UNIQLO Store / using Pay‑in‑store payment method
Purchases made in-store can only be exchanged or returned in-store.
Exchanges and returns can be processed at any UNIQLO Germany store.
- Bring your paper receipt or e‑receipt.
*Please note: Returns cannot be processed using the [Product List] from Purchase History. If you opted for an e‑receipt and cannot find it, please ask a staff member for assistance.
For purchases completed at the Online Store
Purchases made online can only be returned by mail.
Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour at any UNIQLO Germany store.
For exchanges, the invoice available in Purchase History may be required.
Products that Cannot be Exchanged or Returned
- Products that have been used and washed.
- Items that are scratched, damaged, dirtied, or soiled.
- Products that have been hemmed or altered.
- Items missing accessories or with damaged or soiled accessories.
- Innerwear, underwear, and socks.
- Personalised items (e.g., UTme, RE.UNIQLO).
Additional items required for Exchange or Return
As long as all accessories are present, returns will be accepted even if the product has been opened or removed.
- Price tags (paper tags with barcodes and prices)
- Instruction tags (paper tags with handling instructions)
- Original packaging (zip‑type plastic bags, paper tags with the product name printed on them, paper packaging that comes with underwear or shorts, etc.)
