How can we help?

You will be able to create multiple return delivery labels or QR codes per order. Each return label used is subject to a 2.95€ returns shipping fee.

Please note, to generate an additional return label you will need to wait until your first return is processed by our warehouse team.

If you want to return two parcels from the same order at the same time, you can stick the parcels together or put them in a single bigger bag or box and use the return label originally generated.

Please do not include items from different orders in the same package. You will need to pack these items separately and create separate returns for each order.
