Q. I have a question about my refund amount.




When you send us a return, in accordance with our return policy, you will be refunded the total amount of the total value of the items returned. Shipping fees are not refunded. If you have cancelled your contract click here for further details.

What would be deducted from the total refund amount?:
 
  • The return shipping fee: The £2.95 for each return label/QR code used to make the return.
  • If you used a coupon: The value of the coupon as a proportion dependent on the value of the item. For more information please see: How do coupons affect my refund?
     
 
  • +  I have only been partially refunded, when will I receive the rest of my refund?

    Please check the deduction criteria listed above as your return may have been subject to these.

    Additionally, if you returned items from another order within the same parcel, this may have resulted in a significant delay in processing and an incorrect refund.

  • +  I haven’t received my refund

    Once your item has been received back at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.

    You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The refund will be processed and completed within 3-7 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.

    If by credit/debit card, please allow up to 3-5 business days from receipt of confirmation email.

    If by PayPal, allow up 24 hours for the funds to show in your account.

    Klarna refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.
