Q. Have orders delivered correctly to a Packstation

To have your order delivered to a Packstation, you must ensure that you have a postcode and follow the steps below:

Select "DHL Paketshop" as the shipping option. Standard delivery is NOT available for delivery to packing stations and a fee of EUR 3.95 will always be charged.
Enter your postcode in the corresponding field to get a selection of Packstations, post offices and parcel shops in your area:
You can then select the Packstation to which you would like your order to be delivered. Once you have selected the correct Packstation, you MUST enter your postal number, your name and your telephone number.
Now click on "Save & Continue" and enter your billing address. After this step, you can continue with the payment process.
