Q. Can I make an exchange?




We do not offer online exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Alternatively, you can exchange your order at a UNIQLO store near you. You can only exchange for the same value or more as we cannot offer partial refunds. After the exchange you can no longer receive a refund. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.

Please print or download your invoice (included with your dispatch confirmation email) as it will be needed to process an exchange.


Exchange of items purchased in the store

You can exchange your store-bought items within 30 days at any UNIQLO Germany store. For a return or exchange in the store, you must present a valid receipt. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
