Q. Are you having problems paying with Klarna?
If you are having problems placing an order with Klarna, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- Klarna may have declined your request to pay by invoice. We recommend that you choose another payment method or place an order for a smaller amount. Please note that Klarna is an independent payment provider and UNIQLO has no influence on whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not.
- Klarna may not have been able to verify your details against the billing address you provided. You need to make sure that your billing address matches the address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
- You may still have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these have been settled, you can place your order again with Klarna. If you have recently paid outstanding invoices, please wait 24 hours before attempting to pay again via Klarna.
- You may have missed a required field at checkout.
- If you have never used Klarna before and are shipping to an address different to your billing address, the payment may be declined.
